Foundation Crack Repair

Settlement or Hydrostatic pressure are the main causes of foundation cracks. 

 

This is our process of the Foundation Crack repair:

​

1. Clean entire area around the foundation crack 

2. V groove is cut into the foundation crack

3. Hydraulic cement is injected into the foundation crack

4. A Protective membrane is applied over the foundation crack 

5. A dimpled membrane is applied over the protective membrane from above grade level down to the foundation footing
